Remodit Terms of Use

Purpose of Remodit

Remodit provides renovation planning, measurement, quantity, allowance, bid-comparison, and estimating tools. It is designed to help users organize project assumptions and understand potential material and project needs.

Estimates are not guarantees

Results depend on the measurements, prices, waste factors, assumptions, and other information entered or selected by the user. Remodit does not guarantee contractor pricing, final material quantities, code compliance, field conditions, project duration, or actual project cost.

Professional judgment

You are responsible for verifying measurements, product requirements, installation methods, permits, building-code requirements, site conditions, contractor information, and supplier information before purchasing materials or starting work.

Accounts and cloud features

Some Remodit features can be used without an account. Features such as Pro cloud backup and synchronization require a Remodit account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Remodit Pro

Remodit Pro is offered as an in-app purchase through Apple. Pricing and purchase confirmation are shown by Apple before you complete a purchase. Restore Purchases is provided for eligible App Store purchases. Apple controls App Store billing, payment processing, refunds, and purchase-history records.

Availability and changes

Remodit may update, improve, add, remove, or change features over time. Cloud and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable. We work to preserve project data and service continuity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Remodit, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or other users, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer protected service components except where permitted by law, or use Remodit in violation of applicable law.

Feedback

If you submit feedback, bug reports, or feature requests, you permit Remodit to use that information to operate, improve, and develop the product without an obligation to compensate you.

Account deletion

You may delete your Remodit account from the Account screen in the app. Deleting a Remodit account does not cancel or erase purchase records maintained by Apple.

Privacy

Your use of Remodit is also subject to the Remodit Privacy Policy.
